G. B. 페르골레시 오페라 ‘마님이 된 하녀’
착하고 순진한 우베르토가 그의 재치 있고 슬기로운 하녀 세르피나와 결혼에 이르게 되기까지의 엉뚱발랄한 내용의 오페라로서, 소극장 특유의 관객에게 친근히 다가가는 공연으로 재미와 감동을 준다. 우베르토는 세르피나에게 코코아를 마시고 싶다고 시켰으나 세르피나는 그 말을 듣지 않고 오히려 우베르토가 맘대로 행동한다고 불평한다. 화가 난 우베르토는 세르피나에게 더 이상 휘둘리지 않기 위해 결혼하겠다는 야심 찬 결심을 말한다. 이에 세르피나는 착하지만 순진한 우베르토와 결혼하기 위해 베스포네와 짜고 우베르토를 속이는 연극을 펼친 끝에 우베르토 역시 세르피나를 사랑함을 깨닫고 둘은 행복한 결혼에 성공하게 된다.

G. B. Pergolesi’s Opera ‘La Serva Padrona (The Servant Turned Mistress)’
The Servant Turned Mistress is an opera buffa about a couple’s journey to marriage, starring a kind, honest man named Uberto and his clever, witty mistress Serpina. The opera uses its small, cozy atmosphere of little theater to intimately tell the audience the story that is both funny and moving at the same time. When Uberto asks Serpina for a mug of cocoa, Serpina disobeys and complains of Uberto being ill-mannered. Uberto, in order to not be swayed by Serpina, angrily decides to look for a woman to marry to get rid of Serpina, who then conspires with Vespone to trick the kind yet naive Uberto into marrying her. In the end, however, Uberto realizes his love for Serpina, and they become happily married.

PROFILE

박경태 | Kyungtae Park(Bass/Uberto)

경희대학교 성악과, 독일 뉘른베르크 국립음대를 졸업했다. 수십 편의 국내외 오페라에 출연하였으며 한중수교 20주년 기념 음악회에 출연한 바 있다. 현재 오페라팩토리의 대표로 있다.

Kyungtae Park graduated from Kyunghee University and Nuremberg Hocshsule für Musik for vocal performance. He has appeared in numerous operas both in Korea and overseas and also appeared in the 20th Anniversary of Korea-China Diplomatic Relation Concert. He is currently the representative of Opera Factory.

황상미 | Sangmi Hwang(Soprano/Serpina)

로마 산타체칠리아 국립음악원을 졸업하고 로마 AIDM아카데미아 오페라과 최고연주자과정을 수석 졸업했다. 오페라 ‘마술피리’, ‘사랑의 묘약’, ‘마님이 된 하녀’, ‘라보엠’에 주역으로 출연했으며 현재 엠디바 단원, SCOT오페라연구소단원, 이탈리아 성악회 회원으로 있다.

Sangmi Hwang graduated from Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in Rome, and graduated Corso Superiore Biennio for opera at ADIM Accademia Internazionale di Musica. She has appeared as lead role in operas such as the “Magic Flute”, “the Love Potion”, “The Servant Turned Mistress”, and “La Boheme”, and is currently a member of MDIVA, SCOT Opera Research, and the Amici del Canto Italiano.

한진만 | Jin Man Han(Baritone/Vespone)

경희대 성악과를 졸업하고 음악학 석사를 졸업했다. 이후 이탈리아 밀라노 베르디 국립음악원에서 수학했으며, 이태리 도니제티 아카데미를 수료하였다. 국내외 수십 편의 오페라에 출연했으며 현재 성악 앙상블 ‘La Luce’의 단원으로 있다.

Jin Man Han graduated from Kyunghee University for vocal performance and the Graduate School of the same school for musicology. He went on to study at the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory of Music in Milan and Italia Donizetti Academy. He has appeared in a number of operas both in Korea and overseas, and currently is a member of the opera ensemble La Luce.
